Welcome to our NEW Future Leaders of Dialogue Focus Group!

Our Greenville and Spartanburg Future Leaders event has been redesigned into a more in-depth Leadership discovery program for your top leaders. We will meet over 3 group sessions to work on, develop and create your students into community leaders.

This special Leadership focus group is limited to 5 students from each college. This is a three month long journey where the students will be able to network together and have exposure to all sorts of opportunities throughout the upstate.

The program outline:

Jan. 18th: Dean Storer, Life Coach and author of Make it Happen Man

Who are you? What does it take to be successful? What are your Leadership Obstacles? This is a conversation led by Mr. Dean Storer, Author of: "Make it Happen Man" Dean is certified as a LifeSuccess Consultant by Bob Proctor and is part of the John Maxwell Team. This is a group coaching session with a Q&A Component

Location: Mauney Commons, Trone Student Center, Furman University at 6:30pm Refreshements included.


Feb. 15th: Leadership Round Robin Dialogue

The Twelve Types of Leadership Round Robin: Students will meet with community leaders, coaches, professors and everyday people and have a chance to interview them. Leaders will have questions about themselves for students to ask and students are also asked to bring some questions with them or come up with some to ask the leaders as well. Location: Garden Room, Chapel, Furman University, 6:30pm Refreshments Included


March 7th: Leadership Bridge event: Keynote Speaker: Dr Aaron Simmons, Palmetto Club lunch, Senator Meet and Greet and State House Tour

Location: Columbia, SC - All day event, Starting time and ending time and outline of events for the day will be emailed to students
