"Why We Can't Wait" Book Discussion

We would like to Thank Dr Cynthia King for so graciously taking the time from her sabbatical to host this discussion on this very pertinent book, "Why We Can't Wait" by Dr MLK Jr.

Our first discussion on the 9th centered a lot about the atmosphere of the 1960's. We enjoyed listening to others on the call that shared some of their own recounts as well.

In our second discussion we reviewed the questions below and shared our thoughts, opinions and insights and enjoyed a lively discussion. Learning from Dr MLK Jr's own words about what the 100 years of freedom was really like and the careful thought and consideration that went into the movement in 1963 was very enlightening. Some plan to use this book in their classroom as a teaching tool as well.

The Youtube videos are uploaded onto our YouTube Channel for you to watch at your convenience. Click here for Discussion Question for Why We Can’t Wait.
